Position Overview: As a Hospitality Hero, you'll wear many hats - part cashier, part host, part ambassador of hospitality. From processing payments with precision to orchestrating seating arrangements with finesse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest feels valued, attended to, and eager to return. With your winning personality and impeccable attention to detail, you'll transform ordinary transactions into extraordinary moments that leave a lasting impression on our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests quickly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, extending a warm welcome and guiding them to their seats with grace and courtesy.
• Manage seating assignments with efficiency and foresight, maximizing table turnover while accommodating guest preferences and special requests.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with confidence and integrity.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about our dishes, drinks, and specials with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station, ensuring a tidy and inviting first impression for guests.
• Collaborate closely with servers, barista, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and service flow during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating positive interactions with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
