**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Night Auditor will also be covering our reservation department, where phone calls and emails will come in from our group of properties.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct the nightly audit processes and report generation

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Manage phone calls and reservations with professionalism

- Assist callers with after hours arrivals at our various locations

- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift

- Assist with any guest services as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel management preferred

- Customer service and guest relations skills

- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and phone systems

- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
