JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Relations and Sales

• Manage customer relations and Sales training on travel for custom trips and event sales as led by Director of Experiences
• Collaborate with the sales team on the booking process as led by Director of Experiences
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Answer and/or respond to all emails and phone calls to the assigned extension in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales team on the accuracy of sales, invoices, and monthly reporting

Event Management

• Customer relations for sales, trip modifications, and accounting
• Signature event coordination and management tasks as a collaboration with the Events Team
• Promotional items and goodie bag coordinating/ordering for all special events

Marketing

• Collaborate on signature event and custom camp marketing and promotion through all digital channels
• Coordinate, design and distribute member rewards, travel and events newsletters
• Database updates and onboarding with new clubs and resort locations
• Travel and event website updates

Collaboration

• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings.
• Collaborate on tasks to facilitate with smooth operations within the department.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, schedules, and camp sales to meet the needs of the department and guests.
• Embrace new tasks and responsibilities with enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a collaborative work environment.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Based on experience in racquet sports of 2 years, this role could involve on court teaching at camps and experiences.
Racquet sports, racquet sports coaching, experience preferred.

Experience with Salesforce preferred.

SCHEDULE:

Normal hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Work time might fall outside of normal work hours, including evenings, weekend, and holidays. Work could include travel to camp destinations or CDT or PBI managed resort locations.
