Cataract and Laser Center, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Nursing Near Newark, DE
A single specialty ASC with two operating rooms is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide leadership in a professional setting where clinical quality, service excellence, and team work are highly valued. The Director will be responsible for daily staffing and the day to day operations of the center. Reliable attendance is a must. They must possess critical thinking skills, be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be a registered nurse with at least one year of surgical and administrative/supervisory experience. Management experience and knowledge of asepsis is required. The ideal candidate should be able to provide outstanding patient care and the ability to perform administrative duties such as Quality Assurance, Infection Control, and Risk Management.
This position is a full time position. Monday to Friday, but open to Monday - Thursday. No weekends, evenings or holidays.
