Requirements:

• Active LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC license within the state of Ohio
• Bachelor's Degree / Master's preferred 

Responsibilities:

• managing your own referrals and scheduling
• maintaining accurate and timely client records
• working along with other staff to create the best environment for clients
