RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:

• Written and oral communication with customers to provide support for grinding and dispersion related equipment.
• Provide customers with quotes for parts, service and repairs.
• Process customer orders for parts, service and repairs.
• Verify correct sale prices of goods and services according to company structured margins.
• Communicate with shipping department to ensure timely shipping of orders to fulfill customer expectations. 
• Communicate with purchasing department to obtain or verify costs and lead times for goods. 
• Review customer purchasing activity and solicit business from inactive accounts. 
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints working with all related departments.
• Contribute to process improvement and department growth by offering suggestions for improvements.
• Work from drawings and documents to identify parts required by customers.
• Assist in answering incoming phone calls.
• Participate in process improvements as part of new ERP software implementation.
• Populate ISO logs associated with department activities.
• Prepare shipping related documents, including export documents.
• Occasionally help with parts packaging for emergency situations. 
• Any other required duties as assigned.

• Strong MS Office proficiency – including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• ERP software experience.
