Description
The Documentation Specialist & Trainer will be required to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment, to research, develop, train, and audit manufacturing processes. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all documents pertaining to the day-to-day operations of CFI are up to date and released per CFI’s internal documentation control system and ISO 9001 standards.

Duties/Responsibilities
· Create standard operating procedures.
· Create templates and forms.
· Revision management per ISO 9001 standards.
· Release documents per documentation control process (procedures, drawings).
· Train personnel in new and updated processes.
· Participate in the onboarding of new personnel.
· File documents (physical and digital).
· Provide documentation support during audits.
· Adhere to all quality and safety standards set forth by CFI.
· Develop and maintain a training matrix.
· Develop training presentations.
Qualification and Skills/Minimum Job Requirements:
· Proficient typing and editing skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize based on urgency.
· Critical thinking skills.
· Prior manufacturing experience.
· Prior experience in a leadership role.
· Prior trainer experience.
