  Wage: Starting at $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, DOE

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 7:30am to 4:00pm

• Hiring Bonus: $600 ($300 paid 90/180 days)

A Day in the Life:

• Follow a daily cleaning schedule that includes:

• Vacuuming hallways and common areas

• Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms and elevators

• General building cleaning as needed

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms according to weekly schedule

• Remove trash and change dirty linens from resident rooms

• Inform supervisor of depleted supplies and repair needs

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with nursing and care staff.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with residents with memory impairments.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Engage positively with residents, being patient and understanding of their unique needs.

• Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s best interests

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

• Must pass a DSHS background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
