• Wage: 100k/yr. Bonuses
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 paid at 90/180 days)
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

A Day in the Life:*

• Conduct resident assessments for potential new residents as well as current residents
• Ensure department is compliant with all DSHS standards
• Oversee medication assistance program to ensure that residents receive their medications as ordered by their physician
• Interact regularly with doctors and health care professionals to ensure residents’ care needs are met
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, supervision and coaching of caregiving staff and performance appraisals/evals as required
• Assure appropriate revenue capture by accurately capturing resident’s needs.
• Responsible for adequate staffing levels within budgetary guidelines and ensure all shifts are covered; cover as needed

Requirements*

• Active LPN or RN license
• At least two years’ experience in long term care preferably in Assisted Living
• Supervisory and management experience
• Sensitive to and knowledgeable of issues related to aging
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will send to class if not current)
• Ability to pass DSHS Background check (some negative actions are negotiable)

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
