Job Description:

The Marketing and Events Coordinator oversees the beginning-to-end process of events and digital marketing activities. A key player on the Card Integrity marketing team, the Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director and will work closely with other departments to develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and event projects. You will work closely with sales and marketing to drive brand awareness, generate leads, increase customer service, and encourage thought leadership. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will also assist in creating marketing materials, tracking campaign KPIs, analyzing and reporting on data, and gathering data insights to optimize existing and future campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Create engaging booths at events and digital marketing content, such as brochures, flyers, and signage.
  • Conduct research and analysis to determine the best displays, marketing collateral, promotional items, digital promotion efforts, and competitive insights.
  • Manage new, existing, and internal events, including registration, logistics, shipping, and promotion for virtual and in-person sessions, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and outside event organizers to ensure marketing and event initiatives stay on brand and align with overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist in administrative duties such as data management, conducting A/B tests, budgeting, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 or more years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with outstanding attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual and written detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing technology (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, and social media platforms).
  • Knowledge of event planning best practices for in-person and virtual events.
  • Experience coordinating B2B events a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team on research, campaigns, events, and reporting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Travel to event locations to assist in setup, teardown, and booth networking when needed.
  • Particular on-site and travel demands: Carry during setup or transport 50 lbs. of marketing equipment and collateral.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
