A growing medical aesthetics clinic is seeking a Part-time/Full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant. Our ideal candidate will have been successful in similar roles and is familiar with Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks Online. Experience handling multiple locations/ multiple entities preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bank reconciliations monthly, and monitor cash flow
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- File quarterly sales tax returns and maintain records
- Produce clear and accurate financial reports
- Provide administrative support to the as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Experience:
- Proven experience in accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
