Broadley's is accepting applications for an experienced Office Admin who will work as part of the Plumbing Installation Department team to provide excellent customer service to our customer base, and assist the Plumbing Manager in all office duties.

Job Title: Plumbing Admin / Office Assistant

Department: Plumbing Installation

Reports to: Plumbing Manager

Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday; Some overtime may be required.

Pay Scale: $55,000 annually including Benefits Package; Salary based on experience.

Position Summary: This role acts as the Admin and Office Assistant to the Plumbing Manager for the installation Plumbing Department. This role's job duties include managing daily project schedules, taking incoming customers calls and creating proposals and jobs in CRM system, as well as being the main point of contact for the Plumbing Department's customers. The Plumbing Admin will maintain and update the customer database with customer information, process all customer billing and invoices, and manage projects from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organized
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
  • Computer skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two to Five years related experience and/or training in customer service, call taking, project management or equivalent combination of education and experience

Daily Duties:

  • Take incoming customer calls for Plumbing projects
  • Assist in answering the phones and addressing the customers' needs
  • Assist in scheduling plumbing appointments
  • Assist Plumbing Manager with Maintaining project schedules
  • Create Proposals and Job Tickets for plumbing projects
  • Handle Customer Billing and Financing, including Permits
  • Update customer information in the customer service database.
  • Happy calls / customer surveys
  • Prepare plumbing department reports as needed
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
  • Process plumbing billings
  • Other duties as assigned
