Job Title: Plumbing Admin / Office Assistant
Department: Plumbing Installation
Reports to: Plumbing Manager
Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday; Some overtime may be required.
Pay Scale: $55,000 annually including Benefits Package; Salary based on experience.

Position Summary: This role acts as the Admin and Office Assistant to the Plumbing Manager for the installation Plumbing Department. This role's job duties include managing daily project schedules, taking incoming customers calls and creating proposals and jobs in CRM system, as well as being the main point of contact for the Plumbing Department's customers. The Plumbing Admin will maintain and update the customer database with customer information, process all customer billing and invoices, and manage projects from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction.
