Job Title: Email Marketing Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Email Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. *Starting pay may vary depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and special offers.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and other criteria to ensure targeted messaging and increased engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the email marketing platform, including list management, template creation, and automation workflows.
• Stay informed on regular reporting and insights on email campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Cordial, Klaviyo, or others is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
