This position would allow you to work in a more family- centered environment with respect and growth. We are a midsize, family owned, faith-based Garage Door Company that is seeing a lot of growth in their commercial division and are currently looking to add 3 new Leads.

This role would lead a helper on jobs, Monday – Friday (typically no weekend work) from 7 am until the job is done for the day. The lead is issued a company truck to drive to/from work and offers healthcare (80% covered for the employee), 401k and matching, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, seven paid holidays and PTO!

For this role, a Lead Install Technician (level 3) should know or be able to demonstrate all of the following:

Level One
1. Understanding what tools and how to use them. (tape measure, Level)
2. Driving Lull
3. Operating Scissor Lift
4. Hardware sections together
5. Winding Springs
6. Wiring Operators
7. Driving trucks and pulling trailers.
8. Fill out tablet and clock in and out

Level Two
1. All what level one knows
2. Installing sectional doors and operators
3. Installing Rolling steel doors and operators
4. Installing Janus doors and operators
5. Installing Counter Shutters.
6. Welding
7. Installing Edge of Dock Levelers

Level Three
1. All what level one and two knows
2. Installing dock levelers
3. Installing dock seals and Dock shelters
4. Installing Fire doors
5. Fire Drop tests
6. Service and install Gate operators
7. Trouble Shooting

Requirements

Qualified candidates need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass all pre-employment screenings (i.e. drug test, background, DMV check).

Must have knowledge and experience of all three levels of qualifications.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
