Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate front-of-house operations during your shift, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

- Ensure exceptional service to guests, guiding them through their dining experience and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Take orders promptly and accurately, overseeing the swift delivery of food and beverages.

- Utilize your craft beer knowledge to serve and suggest beers, elevating the overall dining experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

- Support team members and address guest inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

- Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.

- Prior experience as a bartender, server, or waiter is a required.

- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional food and service.

- Eligibility to work in the United States.

- Flexibility in scheduling, with a collaborative approach to creating a mutually beneficial arrangement.
