Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group, the leading physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking two Gastroenterologists to enhance and expand the GI capabilities in the areas of Dunedin and Safety Harbor, Florida.

• We are looking for engaged, dedicated, team players with leadership capabilities and a desire to build a robust program.
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in partnering with General Surgeons to open a GERD and Reflux Center.
• ERCP experience is preferred for one of the positions.
• Inpatient coverage will include two BayCare Hospitals: Mease Dunedin and Mease Countryside.
• Call frequency is expected to be an average of 3 to 4 days a month, with the potential to increase/decrease.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Board Eligibility by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology.
• Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
• ERCP trailing / skills are preferred for one of the positions.
