Job Title: Sr. Demand Planning Analyst (Hybrid- Monroe, NJ Office) SUMMARY The Sr. Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for supply chain functions for BDI Nuclear, Injector Medical Devices and Drug Oral Imaging products. The Sr. Demand Planning Analyst will facilitate product forecasting, demand planning, and logistics activities for related product types. The Sr. Demand Planning Analyst will lead internal communications and S&OP processes to optimize inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize excess carrying costs. This role is responsible for analyzing sales and distribution activities to ensure consistency, accuracy and timely processing of transactions. In addition, this role will be a project manager and/or team member for improvement projects within the Customer Fulfillment department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational ResponsibilitiesCritical Supply AssessmentsEvaluate inventory availability and provide communications to key stakeholders as needed.Demand PlanningLead weekly supply chain meetings with internal stakeholders, and relevant suppliers. Take ownership of monthly S&OP processes for BDI Injector Medical Devices, Drug Oral Imaging and Nuclear product lines.Evaluate historical sales trends, investigate demand drivers, and prepare statistical forecasts based on historical trends and demand drivers. Lead cross functional meetings with Marketing and Finance to review, align, document and finalize forecast changes required based on market intelligence. Lead BDI Nuclear, Injector Medical Devices and Drug Oral Imaging requirements needed to maintain inventory stocking requirements.Create and oversee stock transfer orders in SAP for Injector Medical Devices.Lead demand planning and direct procurement processes for assigned product lines.Project Management/Continuous Improvement ResponsibilitiesParticipate in company annual objectives for reducing spend and increasing revenue.Develop ROI analysis to support improvement ideas.Create PowerPoint presentations for the Executive team to gain alignment on areas of opportunity.Lead and participate on project teams to support and/or represent the Customer Fulfillment function and drive continuous improvement.Coordinate the revision of SOPs and Training documents as needed for system changes impacting the Customer Fulfillment team. Other Responsibilities.Maintain knowledge of company products and services offered by other departments. (i.e. Professional Services, Operations, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Marketing.) Maintain cGMP standing through timely completion of all training provided. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree required.MBA preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively in-person, via e-mail, telephone and Zoom/TEAMS conferencing is required.3-5 years business experience within Demand Planning is required.1-3 years Tools Group Demand Planning / Forecast software (SO99 ) preferred.2-3 years SAP SD experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills while managing multiple ongoing projects.
