Atamian Honda is seeking full-time, tenacious representatives to join our growing team!
This position will be responsible for working hand and hand with our clients through the internet (email/text) and phones to establish connections & assist with the clients buying process. With ample training and guidance from veteran managers, we will work together as a team to meet our goals.

Pay: Hourly Weekly and Monthly Commissions.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receive inbound phone calls and internet forms to follow up with clients in a prompt, courteous manner, while letting each customer know that they are our number one priority
· Communicate with the prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership.
· Obtain customer information and keep accurate database
· Maintain a dealership standard for response time
· Set up sales appointments with customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers
· Work with our Service Department and Service Department customers
Requirements
· Computer & Internet skills
· Positive, can-do attitude
· Team-oriented
· Leadership skill preferred
· Prior experience not required
· Must have flexible schedule and able to work weekends
· Must be self-motivated and performance driven
· Must be able to attend training
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly
· Strong computer and typing skills
· Professional and personable demeanor
· Multi-lingual is preferred, but not required.
