**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, resolve inquiries, and assist with transportation management systems.

**Responsibilities:**

• Responsibilities include: training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Assists with scheduling of workflow for drivers
• Works directly with clients, providing excellent customer service when responding to customer inquiries
• Project a friendly, professional, and cordial demeanor to all potential and existing guests, co-workers, and management
• Developing and maintaining tools to manage carrier base
• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
• Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of transportation management systems.

- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
