Bay Ridge Auto Group is growing! We are looking to add an experienced team member to our Automotive Billing Department. The individual would be responsible for all tasks related to billing and DMV processing through the Partnering system including submitting paperwork for out of state motor vehicle transactions, orchestrating the registration and titling of all of our used and new vehicles. ONLY candidates with Automotive Billing experience will be considered - *Candidate must be willing / able to work some Saturdays*

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all title and tax rate documents
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV through various systems, outside tag agencies, etc.
• Inventory: stocking in used vehicles
• Receive and process paperwork from the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Department.
• Post vehicle sales and purchases
• Maintain filing of MSOs and titles
• Data processing
• Additional tasks and duties assigned by direct supervisor
• Perfect liens on previously incorrectly recorded titles

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Automotive title work / Billing is required
• General Telephone & face to face skills
• Typing
• Documentation Skills
• Good Verbal and Written Communication
• Dependability & Professional appearance
• Attention to Detail
