Marketing Coordinator- (full time) Self-motivated enthusiastic individual to coordinate patient relations and customer service. The position initially requires part-time as a Marketing Coordinator and part-time as a Treatment Coordinator. The degree to which the marketing position expands depends on the results you generate. Position Summary:

The MC (Marketing Coordinator) focuses on developing a marketing program for the practice; including establishing and managing the marketing calendar, timelines & deadlines. The MC will act as a liaison, developing strong relations between the doctor/team with referring practices and patients. Implement direct marketing strategies to target patient referrals and doctor referrals. Coordination and planning of practice events; including announcements, activities, scheduling, invitations/marketing materials with a focused detail on promoting the event (in-office, online, publications, etc.). Other responsibilities include part-time treatment coordinating. The Treatment Coordinator (TC) is responsible for influential communication and a smooth transition of new patients into the practice and to present treatment with the orthodontist(s). The TC is the point man for ongoing communication with patients and parents during and after treatment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
