Our growing orthodontic office is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. We are in need of a reliable and detailed-oriented, patient coordinator. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and always delivers excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling, managing multiple phone lines, communicating with patients about treatment, insurance benefits and financials arrangements, running day-to-day operations, maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for both patients and teammates.

Preference is given to those who have training in customer service and have some experience in an orthodontic or dental office.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
