To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Ensures hotel policies and procedures are followed to prevent fraud.
• Leads all aspects of auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions for all departments.
• Provides accurate and timely reporting to leadership ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service.
• Provides back up to support concierge or front desk agents as needed.
• Functions as the overnight front desk agent.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
