JOB SUMMARY:

As the Warehouse Manager at AIRO, you will spearhead the inbound and outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless order processing and precise inventory management. Operating from our CO warehouse, you'll oversee a dynamic team of temporary workers, orchestrate inventory cycle counts, and optimize order fulfillment processes. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you'll drive operational efficiency, fueling AIRO's continued growth and success..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will perform a critical role at AIRO Brands focused on the following primary areas of responsibility, but are not limited to the following:

Fulfillment Oversight: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, from physical receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a temporary workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Process Optimization: Continuously refine warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborative Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and quality, to align warehouse activities with company objectives.

Quality Assurance: Uphold AIRO's standards of quality by implementing rigorous inspection protocols.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft NAV or Business Central.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management abilities with a knack for delegation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cargo weighing up to 50lbs.
• A customer service mindset.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, exhibiting integrity, respect, and authenticity.
• Agile, driven, and self-motivated in a highly-dynamic industry.
