Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
• Maintain vendor W-9 files.
• Track Use tax and ensure tax exemptions are received whenever applicable.
• Annual 1099 preparation.

Human Resources

• Assist with day-to-day operations of HR.
• Recruiting, including communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Employee onboarding.
• Assist in maintaining and verifying time tracking data.

Other Responsibilities

• Tracking Requests for Quotes and customer Purchase Orders.
• Closing manufacturing jobs.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Organized
• High school diploma and 2 or more years related work experience
• Proficient in math, the ability to spot numerical errors, and the ability to trouble shoot problems
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to read and write in the English language
• Familiar with an ERP System

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Ability to follow through and close actions with minimal oversight
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Though not mandatory, practical experience working with quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP)
• Knowledge of Epicor10 a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a min. of 25 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to work all shift hours, overtime and weekends as needed

ITAR Requirement:

• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
