Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and record-keeping systems. Bilingual and strong Check Out Skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks software
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient scheduling and follow-ups
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

Experience:

The successful candidate should have:

- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with Medical scheduling and strong phone skills along with excellence in customer Service a must.
