**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. **Duties:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medication reminders under the direction of a healthcare professional - Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed - Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior **Experience:** - Experience in dementia care, home care, childcare, or senior care is preferred - Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility issues - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with vital signs monitoring - Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus Joining our team as a Personal Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
