Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Are you an organizational virtuoso with a keen eye for detail and a knack for navigating complex compliance landscapes? If so, we want you to join our team as an Administrative Specialist!

Full time Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm, $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all deadlines are met and standards are exceeded.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance requirements, meticulously adhering to regulations and guidelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for challenging situations, utilizing excellent social skills to diffuse tensions and find effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with finesse, ensuring seamless operations for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, keeping track of essential information with meticulous attention to detail while upholding strict confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of success in managing tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them in practical situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Benefits also include Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off and a 401(k) plan. In the 401(k) plan, employees are eligible after completing one year of employment and reaching an entrance date of January 1 or July 1. Company match is 5%, and employees are vested 100% from the first contribution.
