Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, ensuring their safety, and promoting their educational development.
Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, physical, and social development of children.
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns and provide updates on their child's progress.
- Manage the daily operations of the childcare center, including budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and uphold health and safety standards.
Experience:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Background in education or higher education teaching is preferred.
- Knowledge of education administration practices is a plus.
