Duties:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist in curriculum development and preparation of educational materials
- Engage with students to support their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher on behavior management strategies
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed

Skills:
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and early childhood education principles
- Ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum implementation
- Proficiency in classroom and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with literacy education and preschool teaching methods
