We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or property management and excel in sales, customer service, and tenant relations. As the LEASING AGENT, you'll be solely in charge of operation and maintenance of the property.
Responsibilities include:
- Property Showings: Conduct tours of rental properties for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Marketing and Advertising: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential renters through various channels including online listings, social media, and print media.
- Tenant Screening: Review rental applications, conduct background checks, and ensure applicants meet leasing criteria.
- Lease Negotiation and Preparation: Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for current tenants, addressing concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
Required skills:
- Certification in CPM is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in areas related to Property Management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- People oriented and influencing skills.
- Eager to complete the tasks and dedication to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is Preferred.
