Position: Water Restoration Project Manager

Overview: As a Water Restoration Project Manager at Dry Pros, you will be responsible for managing the overall project flow focusing on quality, safety, and profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience until the project is complete.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Respond, Scope and Determine Proper Mitigation protocol on all assigned losses.
• Establish relationships with customers, acting as a liaison for support and guidance as we restore their properties back to pre-loss conditions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with office staff, Repairs PM and other involved parties (i.e., agents, property managers, tenants, etc.)
• Assist in training fellow technicians on company procedures, reporting, and performing services.
• Ensure efficiency and IICRC standards are continuously upheld.
• Work wirh admin staff in preparation of estimates, drying reports, photo reports, and all other job-related administrative documents.
• Rotation on-call for emergency services.

Experience & Requirements

• 3 Years of Restoration Project Management/Insurance Claims /Industry experience.
• Xactimate estimating experience.
• IICRC WRT Certification .
• Extremely Punctual and Driven with Strong Problem-Solving & Management Skills.
• Must possess or be open to developing a new outlook on the importance of your personal and professional growth.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
• Clean MVR required.
