Dry Pros is Hiring a Restoration Office Coordinator (FT) Near Austell, GA

Assistant Office Coordinator (Restoration Company).
This is a full time administrative support position for a busy property damage restoration company based out of Austell Ga. Construction or Home Service Office experience required. We’re industry experts who specialize in water mitigation, fire damage restoration, structural drying, cleaning and mold remediation. We are quick, proficient, and take pride in the work and care we provide to our customers.

You are a part of the day-to-day coordination of all projects and core business functions. Organized, Proactive, and Resourceful. You serve as part of the nucleus of our team; Help streamline communications, direct resources and prioritize activities. When things get turbulent, you maintain a sense of calm and focus to steady the ship.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ensuring the day to day to office processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • General office/clerical duties include; drafting correspondences, scanning, filing, answering and directing calls, and taking phone messages.
  • Maintain an organized and orderly office while offering valuable insight into ways that optimize procedures.
  • Assist team with project coordinating and scheduling.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments for CEO.
  • Maintain customer database by entering detailed, accurate notes.
  • Provide administrative support to executive and leadership team.
  • Respond to general emails & draft correspondences and letters.
  • Coordinate issue malfunctions and coordinate.
  • Maintain inventory and consumables for office, warehouse and fleet.
  • Additionally, we are a 24/7 Emergency Service company, therefore, from time after-hours administrative duties are needed. This is why this role requires us to be a part of the rotation in our on-call schedule of light administrative duties after hours.
  • You are compensated whether you perform duties during your assigned rotation or not.
