Reporting to the VP of Product, the Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst responsible for tracking and executing the GTM process for all product releases, streamline and optimize engagements between cross functional teams within the organization, and create views that provide meaning insights to assist in data driven decision making.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish and support the project governance structure across the organization.
• Streamline and automate processes and identify workflow optimizations.
• Identify, track, and ensure execution of all product launch activities through their E2E lifecycle.
• Assist in the creation and review of internal and external communications and materials delivered through various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on companywide initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Manage the relationship for product and engineering partnership opportunities.
• Ensure internal tools and systems are maintained and updated to deliver data driven recommendations.
• Collaborate to develop and build out new product offerings based on company objective and market demand.
• Identify meaningful insights, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to key stakeholders to drive product and revenue growth.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, and dashboards that monitor product health and drive key business decisions.
• Assists teams accountable for internal data systems to help build and maintain a central repository to leverage between platforms.
• Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all P&E teamsto drive cross team collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, products, and technical challenges.
• Strong project management experience with outstanding organization and prioritizations skills.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Developed reports and dashboards through various tools to drive data driven metrics.
• Integration knowledge with on premise and cloud-based systems.
• Worked with various internal tools including JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.

Education and/or Experience:

• 10 years of process management experience within the technology space.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience managing SaaS and Appliance products.
