Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the Americas commercial team and responsible for the successful implementation of sales strategies including but not limited to business and product development, execution of the company’s value proposition, client acquisition and retention, sales growth, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Manage and streamline inside sales operations within the established American market, focusing on our esteemed OCTG product range.

· Collaborate closely with existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and cultivate long-lasting relationships.

· Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement efforts.

· Proactively keeping abreast of new products and services available in the market.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

· Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales objectives and maximizing revenue.

· Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

· Responsible for providing market intelligence to RDT’s production team and Sr. leadership for purposes of forecasting and planning, R&D, innovation, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.

· Successfully able to work across business units, functions, and external partnerships to build consensus and efficiently manage projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and 2 years of experience in a business environment with focus on OCTG.

· Proven experience in inside sales within the OCTG industry, with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Quick learner and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to effectively manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and drive sales outcomes.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Travel Required:

· The position required travel domestically with the potential opportunities to travel internationally.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
