SUMMARY
The Project Administrator is a pivotal team member responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting project managers. In addition to project coordination, the Project Administrator actively supports production activities, drives business and engineering system improvements, and ensures adherence to quality standards. The Project Administrator collaborates closely with the Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director to prioritize, plan, and enhance overall business operations. Additionally, they will contribute to the development and maintenance of our eventual ISO 9001 program. As a key player, the Project Administrator upholds safety and quality requirements while executing assigned tasks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5-10 years’ experience in industrial and technically oriented occupation(s).
Associate in Science (AS) Engineering Technology (preferred)
Organizational Skills: The Project Administrator must have strong organizational abilities to manage project documentation, maintain files, and coordinate tasks effectively.
Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial for document control, quality assurance, and CAD administration. The Project Administrator should pay close attention to details.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential for working with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ability to collaborate and convey information clearly is vital.
Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools helps streamline processes and ensures efficient project execution.
Familiarity with Solidworks: Knowledge of SolidWorks’ and associated BOM, ERP, and procurement software and processes.
Engineering or Design Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, experience in engineering or design-related projects is advantageous.
Safety and Quality Adherence: The Project Administrator must adhere to safety and quality requirements while performing assigned tasks.
