The Client Relationship Coordinator plays a fundamental role in achieving our client retention and overall client satisfaction goals. Client Relationship Coordinator will use their skills in communication and system knowledge to engage with clients and discover needs or opportunities to elevate the client experiences as an extension of the Support Team. Identifying potential for add-on to the current list of products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build, secure, and expand relationships with existing client base.
• Identify and Cultivate new products and service opportunities with existing clients.
• Annual Service Review of Top 150 clients each year
• Responsible to develop a deeper connection with the client by communicating with decision maker(s).
• Achieving Annual New Service/Product Annual Revenue Goal
• Demo and Create Service estimates/proposals.
• Stay informed about competitor products and services.
• Understand the HCM platform, CRM systems and procedures.
• Keep up with product and service information and updates.
• Attend internal meetings with the support/training teams to share and receive updates.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
