Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is Hiring a Plumbing Payroll / Admin Assistant Near Sacramento, CA
- Commission reconciliation
- Review and follow pay plans for department technicians, installers, and sales leads
- Audit jobs, job costing, and verify revenue
- Assist with customer funding and follow up on accounts receivable
- Create, maintain, and generate reports for jobs (ex: batch invoicing)
- Input purchase orders into Service Titan while ensuring accuracy
- Assists with creating, maintaining, and implementing department policies and procedures
- Work with internal vendors regarding purchase order accuracy, replenishments, and issues
- Reconcile purchase orders and ensure jobs are closed correctly with the Accounting Department
- Ensure Excel sheets for the department are maintained, tracked and accurate
- Assist with closing the month – verify all jobs and revenue is accounted for and funded
- Supports management, dispatch, and other admins
- Back up admin for time keeping, and time request
- Ensure department technicians timesheets are correct
- Attend department meetings and assist GM with any discussions needed
- Collaborating with other departments for support and any jobs done together
- Main point of contact to the service managers and assisting the GM with any additional needs
- Understand job timelines and know who to contact for issues
- May be required to work overtime.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business.
- 1 years in a payroll / administrative assistant position or similar position
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with accounting principles, and contractors’ liabilities
- Needs to be comfortable with complex pay plans
- Good organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Great customer service skills
