Mobile Flea Market is searching for highly-motivated, self-starter, team oriented and energetic Grounds Maintenance Techs to join our Mobile Flea Market Family. This position is responsible for providing support to site services by being able to operate heavy equipment and power tools; these include riding mowers, power drills, paint machines, forklifts, etc.

Duties:

• Drives equipment and company vehicles (Forklift).
• Picks up trash around the market lot, food stands and parking area.
• Brings Ice and drinks to concession stands.
• Assists in all areas of the operations department.
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs.
• Responds to table requests via radio.
• Delivers tables to vendors in designated areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry tools and heavy weighing materials. Ability to work safely in confined spaces and at heights including the use of ladders, scaffolds
