Responsibilities:
- Monitor rental payments, maintain contact with delinquent tenants, update owners of progress, fill out dispossessory paperwork for evictions, maintain a schedule with the courts in 3 counties.

-Assist with new business intake and management agreements

-Connect and disconnect utilities between tenants

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office management
- Ability to organize and maintain files effectively
- Computer literacy
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service
