**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
**Duties:**
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans
- Coordinate enrollment processes and communicate benefit information to employees
- Process benefit changes, terminations, and updates in employee files
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions
- Conduct audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends for management review
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration practices and regulations
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, and double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience with payroll management systems such as ADP
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
