THE ROLE:

• Prefer 15 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years working with Oracle Cloud ERP in Finance modules, Oracle EPM
• 5 years of IT management experience managing systems supporting ERP, Budgeting, Finance Reporting, Business Intelligence, HR and Expense Management systems.
• Partners with Finance to establish and maintain SOX computer systems compliance.
• Oversee ITGC elements of SOX compliance including coordination with internal/external auditors on quarterly and annual reviews

SKILLS

• Expert knowledge of business systems processes within the manufacturing industry, including Record-to-Report (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Order-to-Cash (Order management, Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable), Procure-to-Pay (Direct Procurement, Receiving and Accounts Payable) Plan-to-Manufacture (Manufacturing, Inventory and Cost Management).
• Expert knowledge of Oracle's Cloud ERP Configuration for Finance Modules
• Excellent mentoring skills for developing subordinate staff.
• Expert knowledge of and ability to put into practice commonly used SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Lead large scale or complex business systems and application upgrades/ enhancement development and installations
• Define cost and time estimates for implementation/development projects
• Provide Level 1 support for the applications in the portfolio
