The Position
Serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls; responsible for routing these calls to the appropriate departments and personnel; serves as the first point of contact for customers coming into the lobby. Receives and processes customer payments at the counter; reconciles cash drawer; Processes in-house equipment returns providing customers with a receipt and distributing appropriate paperwork to CSRs for proper credit; performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Assist with customer billing inquiries both over the phone and in person. Attends departmental meetings upon request; performs other miscellaneous functions to assist in the operations of the department.
