Willis Mechanical is looking to add a dynamic sales representative to our growing business. The selected candidate will generate new client relationships. This individual will enjoy the fast-paced opportunity to help identify, seek, and select preventative maintenance agreements, repairs, projects, and new construction customers. This position will be very rewarding for the right applicant. Willis Mechanical provides professional (3rd party) sales training for its sales representatives. The position is full-time and has a guaranteed base salary uncapped commission structure.

Pay and Benefits
Willis Mechanical salespeople receive a base salary and an uncapped commission on new sales. Salespeople receive 8 paid holidays and three weeks of Paid Time Off. Willis Mechanical pays for our sales employees' health, dental, and vision insurance. Sales employees also have access to the Willis Mechanical 401K program.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, working 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday. Work is typically done through the office. Travel to new customers and job sites is expected.
