Personal Care Health Aide/Caregiver (Direct Care Staff)
We are seeking reliable, compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Personal Care Health Aide/Caregiver (Direct Care Staff). You will provide essential care and support to individuals in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Tasks:
- Assist two non-verbal males with personal care tasks, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences.
- Administer medications, including enemas/suppositories as directed.
- Provide positive support and redirection of interfering behaviors and aggression.
- Housekeeping, such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen and tidying up.

- Drive them to activities and appointments in a vehicle we provide.
- Document accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Looking for:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.

-Valid drivers license, with clean driving record is preferred.
