Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. We are looking for weekend Supervisors for all Shifts. As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including supervising and evaluating their performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Athenahealth for documentation and information management
- Provide specialized care in areas such as catheter care, dementia care, critical care, and utilization management
- Oversee laboratory services and ensure accurate testing and reporting
- Promote a culture of safety within the healthcare facility, including infection control measures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various areas of nursing practice
