Job Description:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Process payments, insurance and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate with dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software is a plus
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
