Job Summary:

The General Manager will oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with experience in automotive and/or powersports sales and service and a true passion for the Harley Davidson brand.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies, oversee marketing initiatives, and analyze market trends.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive revenue growth.
• Service and Parts: Ensure efficient service department operations and optimal inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in the automotive and/or powersports industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley Davidson brand.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
