Lock Labs, a reputable Las Vegas-based manufacturer and master distributor in the American locksmith industry, is seeking an Office Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your diverse responsibilities will span project coordination, departmental calendar management, event organization, customer communication, employee receipt logging, and general clerical support. Your contribution will be vital in upholding the efficiency and orderliness of our office, making it a welcoming and productive environment.

Here's a glimpse of what your role will entail:

  • Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, and efficient
  • Supply Management: Handling purchase order requests and managing office supplies inventory
  • Receipt Itemizing: Organizing and itemizing receipts for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for external communications with our customers
  • Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating in-house events and meetings
  • Support Roles: Assisting department leads with a variety of traditional administrative tasks
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry
  • Visitor Management: Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Technology Liaison: Coordinating with IT support to maintain office technology and resolve any issues
  • Travel Arrangements: Assisting with booking travel and accommodation for staff as needed
  • Other Duties: Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to support the department’s goals

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar office support role
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Exceptional computer skills: We use several advanced platforms for project management and internal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proper grammar and spelling abilities are non-negotiable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Self-starter: Doesn’t need to be micromanaged to stay productive
  • Typing: 45-50 WPM
