The Role

The UX/Web Designer role combines expertise in user experience design and web design to create intuitive and visually appealing websites. This person is responsible for ensuring a seamless user journey and designing both the interface and the interactions across websites. They will use tools like Figma and Builder.io to craft layouts that are both functional and attractive, while also considering SEO principles to optimize site visibility. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical and creative skills.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Creating visually appealing and functional layouts using tools like Figma and Builder.io.
• Implementing user-centered design principles to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Applying SEO principles to optimize site visibility and performance.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and web design.

For This Role, Your Background Should Include:

• 2 years of experience using Figma for web design
• Familiarity using Builder.io, Webflow, or similar to deploy great website concepts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and user-centered design

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Familiarity with other design and development tools.
• Background in digital marketing or related fields.
• Basic understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Location: Everett, WA (in-person)

Salary Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000
